John P. Gonzalez
John has practiced in the public accounting profession since 1992. John is the co-founding Partner of G & K; his expertise includes individual, corporate, multi-state taxation, and consolidated returns. Additionally, John specializes in business and strategic tax planning for small, entrepreneurial and emerging businesses. Prior to G & K, John was with various national and local public accounting firms. John is a Certified Public Accountant with the California Board of Accountancy. He is also a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mir Ali Khan, CPA
Mr. Khan graduated from the University of Baltimore, Maryland in 1982. He specializes in the areas of corporate, partnership, and individual taxation and accounting services. He also specializes in tax reduction strategies, new business start-ups, business management, and computer applications.
